One of the benefits of being a smaller, specialist search
consultancy is that we are able to provide a far greater degree
of tailoring to our client base without being encumbered by
corporate constraints.

requirements in a global marketplace, but retain a personal
results orientated approach based on our ability to be flexible
and nimble.
Executive search can sometimes seem like a long
process (typically 12 weeks from engagement to appointment)
but we have been able to deliver assignments in much shorter
timescales through working closely with our clients.
