As founder of Fraser Giles Partnership, Damian is a highly accomplished specialist who has built his reputation through assisting and advising organisations across the globe to achieve their goals through securing talent. Damian has forged strong relationships with key operators both in the UK and internationally and has managed numerous headlining appointments in our chosen sectors.

David provides both strategic and operational guidance to the team at Fraser Giles Partnership.
David Co-Founded City Inn Ltd in 1995, later rebranded as Mint Hotel in 2010. David was CEO until 2011 when he led the largest successful hotel transaction in Europe since 2007, ensuring sector leading outcomes for all shareholders.Prior to Mint Hotel, David was a partner in a property advisory company where he led turnaround and recovery of commercial property assets and advised blue chip clients on landmark development and investment projects as well as acquisition and development programmes.
David provides both strategic and operational guidance to the team at Fraser Giles Partnership, with a particular focus on the growth and development of the business. In addition to his entrepreneurial projects and his work at Fraser Giles Partnership, David is a Trustee at Sparks the children’s medical research charity, an Adviser to London Chamber Orchestra and a board member of VisitEngland.

With a truly global network of contacts, Nichola heads up the Research function at Fraser Giles Partnership with responsibility for ensuring the best possible talent is secured for all assignments.
Nichola possesses a track record across a broad range of sectors including Hospitality, Travel, Leisure, FMCG, Retail, Sport and Luxury Goods and has handled assignments across all disciplines up to and including CEO level. Nichola has an excellent understanding of the management of all aspects of the search process, aided by her experience as both a Consultant and a Head of Research.
Nichola’s earlier career was spent in the travel sector with Virgin Atlantic before moving into recruitment in 2003.

As Senior Associate, Mark provides key support to both the Partners and Research Function in the delivery process of all searches.
Having graduated with a BA Hons degree in Hospitality Management and French, Mark spent 10 years in the hospitality industry in various different senior roles, predominantly within Food & Beverage and Sales & Marketing. He has worked for leading hospitality businesses such as Firmdale, Gordon Ramsay Holdings and Rocco Forte Hotels and has a keen interest in the hospitality, leisure and travel sectors. Prior to joining Fraser Giles Partnership, Mark worked as a consultant at Robert Walters, specialising in recruiting qualified accountants into Commerce & Industry up to CFO level.

Louwra is a key member of the research team at Fraser Giles Partnership with responsibility for collating, analysing and presenting detailed research for our process.
Louwra gained a first class degree in Psychology from the University of Southampton where her high standard of work and commitment was reflected in her dissertation being submitted for publication. Whilst attending Southampton she was also awarded the Blossom Galinski Award, an award given to the student who achieves the highest mark in a literature review and research project. Louwra’s experience has seen her attend the 2007 Annual Session of the Model United Nations in Beijing where she worked with delegates to construct and present resolutions regarding a series of environmental issues.

Alex is responsible for all office administration and works as an Executive Assistant to the senior team.
After studying for her Geography degree at The University of Liverpool, Alex moved into the recruitment industry, where she focused on permanent architectural appointments.
Prior to joining Fraser Giles Partnership, Alex worked as Cabin Crew for Thomson Airways, part of TUI Travel Plc, where she gained a wealth of experience in the travel industry.
Alex is at the heart of the functionality of Fraser Giles Partnership, providing support across all areas of the business.

Fraser Giles Partnership is exclusively advised by Geraldine McKenna. Geraldine possesses a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry which culminated in her role as CEO of Maybourne Hotel Group.
Prior to this appointment Geraldine held the position of Executive Vice-President of the Savoy Group which owned and operated some of the world’s most renowned luxury hotels and restaurants. (The Berkeley, Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Savoy, The Lygon Arms, Simpson’s-in-the-Strand and Savoy Theatre). In this position, Geraldine worked with private equity firms The Blackstone Group and Colony Capital in the complete restructuring of the company. Geraldine’s earlier career was spent with British Airways and held sales and marketing positions with InterContinental hotels in London and New York.
Geraldine currently works with the private investment firm, Cedar Capital Partners, In addition, Geraldine has served on several boards including Visit London, Hartwell PLC and Walpole.
