Following a career within retail operations at a senior level with
organisations including John Lewis Partnership, House of Fraser, Next
and the Arcadia Group, Denise moved into recruitment in the mid 90's,
specialising in retail senior management appointments. She subsequently spent nine years as a Director of The One Consultancy, before joining Fraser Giles Partnership in her capacity as an Associate Director for the retail practice.

During her career Denise has successfully supported clients in managing
senior and executive appointments to Board level within the retail and
hospitality sectors. Recent projects have included Managing Directors
for niche brands, a Head of HR for an emerging brand in a large FMCG
company and executive marketing appointments for a High Street retailer.
